These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, products, and professional services made available through the Hook Technology Limited website (the “Service”) operated by Hook Technology Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

Intellectual property

The Agreement does not transfer from us to you any of our or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Hook Technology Limited and its licensors. This includes reference architectures, integration playbooks, software samples, diagrams, dashboards, and written recommendations we produce while delivering Services, unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns ownership.

Service provision & payment

Our integration, automation, and platform advisory Services are delivered against an agreed statement of work, milestone plan, and fee schedule set out in a formal proposal or contract. Retainer or time-and-materials fees are typically invoiced in advance of each agreed period. Late payment may result in suspension of work until accounts are brought current.

Third-party services

In using the Services you may rely on third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by others (“Third-Party Services”), for example cloud infrastructure (such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), source control (such as GitHub or GitLab), payment processors, messaging providers, identity platforms, or observability tooling.

If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:

• Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third Party websites or Services.
• You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Accounts & client responsibilities

Where delivery of the Services requires access to your accounts (for example cloud consoles, ticketing systems, CI/CD tools, or observability workspaces), you agree to grant least-privilege access in a timely manner and to maintain the security of credentials you issue to us. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use of those accounts or related secrets.

Links to other websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Hook Technology Limited.

Hook Technology Limited assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services and shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss alleged to arise from use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, particularly in cases of non-payment or breach of this Agreement.

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or an engagement with Hook Technology Limited, you may discontinue use of the public website at any time; ongoing professional Services remain subject to the termination and notice provisions in your specific contract.

All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Hook Technology Limited and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that integrations you implement with third parties will achieve any particular commercial outcome—many variables sit outside our control.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.

Changes

Hook Technology Limited may modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Where changes are material we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where prohibited by applicable law.
